The Beresford Magazine
The Beresford Magazine is published 4 times per year in A5 format with 48 pages of text and graphics containing facinating stories of Beresford history, achievements of Beresfords young and old, Beresford celebrations, news from overseas. Whatever is happening we'll tell you about it. The magazine also plays a vital role in bringing members up to date on research matters with regular reports and articles by our research team.

Do you have a story to share with other family members? Drop a line to the Magazine Editor or Chairman (see Contacts). You'll eagerly await the postman on publication day. Magazines £3 but FREE to members. Magazine Binders are available for purchase separately at a cost of £6 each plus £2 postage.

Beresford Publications
The Society publishes a wide range of Beresford publications available for immediate despatch. Membership of the society entitles you to reduced prices for most items. For a full list go to Publications & Order Form

Research Assistance
Our team of researchers - who work entirely voluntarily on behalf of the Beresford Family Society - have many years of experience gained from involvement in numerous requests for assistance and consequently an unique insight into the causes and types of problems which are likely to be encountered when tracing your family back in time. They are able to access and manipulate a massive collection of historical data in a variety of different formats, enabling any unusual pattern – otherwise unnoticed – to be recognised and often resulting in a problem being successfully resolved. Help and guidance is available to all members on request and is provided FREE of charge.

Family Gatherings
Particular emphasis is placed on social activities and all members are actively encouraged to meet at Family Gatherings which are organised during Spring and Autumn each year at places of particular Beresford interest in various parts of the UK. Overseas Gatherings are also arranged. An International Gathering in the UK and Ireland is arranged every 10 years for members worldwide. Family holidays are also arranged from time to time.

You may join NOW by clicking Application Form. Simply print off the Application Form, complete all sections and post with your remittance to the address indicated on the form. The membership subscription is £15.00 p.a.for UK and Overseas members.

WANTED - an Auditor
As reported at the AGM, our Hon. Auditor, after many years service to the Society, has retired. We are seeking a member, or anyone known to a member, to kindly volunteer to audit our accounts at the end of the current financial year. As we are not registered as a charity, it is not essential for that person to be a professional accountant.
